Privacy

MD Support Services collects the minimum needed to file: identity documents, address, contact details, company-name choices, ownership details, and payment records.

Where it lives

Each LLC has a separate secure file: KYC, signed agreement, Articles, state receipt, EIN/SS-4, operating agreement, Certificate of Status, annual reports, tax documents, mail scans, and invoices. Identity documents are not posted in broadcast lists or third-party chats.

Account and document security

Client sign-in is handled by Clerk. Application metadata is stored in Neon, and uploaded NIC/CNIC or passport files are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. Private file URLs are not exposed publicly; downloads pass through an authenticated account check. Access is limited to the client account and authorised support personnel who need the record to provide the service.

Ads measurement

The public website may load Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) so we can measure ads and see which pages and WhatsApp buttons people use. Meta may receive the page URL, IP address, and browser data. This is not used on the private client portal or for identity documents. You can control ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep identity and company records only while needed to deliver the service, meet filing and recordkeeping duties, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. You may request deletion by contacting us. We will delete records that are no longer required and explain when a legal or compliance duty requires a record to be retained.

Mail scans

If you buy digital mail, scans of incoming mail appear in your portal after USPS identity and CMRA requirements are met. Delete requests for a scan are honoured after we confirm it is not a record we must keep for the Resident Agent file.
